JURNAL BISNIS DAN EKONOMI, SEPTEMBER 2004 DIMENSIONALISASI PERILAKU DI LUAR PERAN KERJA (EXTRA-ROLE BEHAVIOR)* Oleh : Fahrudin Js Pareke Jurusan Manajemen Universitas Bengkulu Abstract The main goal of this study is to dimensionalized the extra-role behavior (OCB and Taking charge), and to compile the items that measures these constructs, so that can be extracted the valid and reliable measures for used in the future researches in this area. Sample Frame for this research consisted of 606 lecturers who teach at 6 faculties at the Bengkulu University. Four-hundred-and-fifty out of 606 respondents were participated voluntarily, and only 321 respondents completed the self-report measures. Factor Analysis with Principal Component Analysis and Reliability Test using SPSS 10.1 was employed to assess the construct validity of the measure and the reliability of inter-item consistency. Dari beberapa pemikiran awal tentang korupsi, korupsi mampu mendorong perekonomian. Namun studi lebih mendalam dan lebih terukur menunjukkan bahwa korupsi secara menyeluruh akan berdampak buruk pada perekonomian, khususnya menurunkan investasi domestik maupun asing, menurunkan pertumbuhan ekonomi, dan mengakibatkan penggelembungan pengeluaran pemerintah.
