Consequently, a steady stream of theoritical and empirical research has been carried out worldwide over the past several decades. The extensive literature underscores two major points relevan to modelling and estimating the demand for money, especially quasi money: (a) consistency between long-run and short-run, and (b) a stability demand function. The consistency between long-run and short-run use Johansen Cointegration Test, for long-run analyse and Partial Adjustment Model for short-run analyse.
